সেবার বিবরণ
উত্তর দিন আপনার Facebook/WhatsApp পেজে আসা কাস্টমার মেসেজের উত্তর দেয়, দাম-অফার জানায়, অর্ডার নেয়, আর সব ড্যাশবোর্ডে দেখায়। এটি একটি AI সহায়ক — মানুষ নয়; মাঝেমধ্যে ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ উত্তর দিতে পারে।
ট্রায়াল ও বিলিং
- ৭–১০ দিনের ফ্রি ট্রায়াল, কোনো কার্ড লাগে না।
- এরপর মাসিক সাবস্ক্রিপশন — বিল পরিশোধ হয় bKash/Nagad-এ ম্যানুয়ালি।
- নির্ধারিত সীমা পার হলেও বট বন্ধ হয় না — একটা গ্রেস বাফার থাকে, তারপর আপগ্রেডের অনুরোধ জানানো হয়।
- যেকোনো সময় সাবস্ক্রিপশন বাতিল করা যায়; বাতিলের পর আপনার তথ্য মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ করতে পারেন।
আপনার দায়িত্ব
- ব্যবসার তথ্য (দাম, নীতি, ঠিকানা) সঠিক ও হালনাগাদ রাখা আপনার দায়িত্ব — বট শুধু আপনার দেওয়া তথ্য থেকেই উত্তর দেয়।
- "নজর দরকার" (Needs Attention) তালিকা নিয়মিত দেখা এবং জরুরি ক্ষেত্রে নিজে উত্তর দেওয়া আপনার দায়িত্ব।
- স্প্যাম, প্রতারণা, বা অবৈধ পণ্য বিক্রির জন্য এই সেবা ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
পেমেন্ট ও টাকা-পয়সা
আপনার কাস্টমারের পেমেন্ট সরাসরি আপনার নিজের bKash/Nagad নম্বরে যায় — উত্তর দিন কখনো এই টাকা স্পর্শ করে না, শুধু হিসাব দেখায়।
দায়বদ্ধতার সীমা
উত্তর দিন যুক্তিসঙ্গত সতর্কতার সাথে সেবা দেয়, কিন্তু বটের কোনো ভুল উত্তর বা মিসড মেসেজের কারণে ব্যবসায়িক ক্ষতির জন্য আইনত যতটুকু অনুমোদিত, ততটুকু দায়বদ্ধতা সীমিত থাকে। জরুরি/স্পর্শকাতর কথোপকথনে নিজে নজর রাখার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে।
পরিবর্তন
এই শর্তাবলী সময়ে সময়ে হালনাগাদ হতে পারে; বড় পরিবর্তন ড্যাশবোর্ডে জানানো হবে।

Service description
Uttordin replies to customer messages on your Facebook/WhatsApp page, quotes prices and offers, takes orders, and shows everything on a dashboard. It's an AI assistant, not a human — it can occasionally give a wrong or incomplete answer.
Trial & billing
- 7–10 day free trial, no card required.
- Monthly subscription after that — billed manually via bKash/Nagad.
- The bot never goes silent at your limit — a grace buffer applies, then we ask you to upgrade.
- Cancel anytime; after cancellation you may request deletion of your data.
Your responsibilities
- Keeping your business info (prices, policies, address) accurate and up to date — the bot only answers from what you provide.
- Checking the "Needs Attention" list regularly and replying yourself when it matters.
- Not using the service for spam, fraud, or selling illegal goods.
Payments
Your customers' payments go directly to your own bKash/Nagad number — Uttordin never touches that money, it only shows you the record.
Limitation of liability
Uttordin provides the service with reasonable care, but liability for business loss caused by a bot mistake or missed message is limited to the extent permitted by law. We recommend keeping an eye on urgent or sensitive conversations yourself.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; significant changes will be announced in the dashboard.
