উত্তর দিন ছোট ব্যবসার জন্য একটি AI কাস্টমার-কেয়ার সহায়ক। এই নীতি বলে দেয় আমরা কী তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি, কীভাবে রাখি, আর কে দেখতে পারে।
আমরা কী তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি
- ব্যবসার তথ্য: নাম, ঠিকানা, ফোন, ক্যাটালগ, দাম, নীতি (রিফান্ড/ডেলিভারি) — ব্যবসার মালিক নিজে দেন।
- কাস্টমার চ্যাট: Messenger/WhatsApp-এ কাস্টমার যা লেখেন এবং বটের উত্তর — অস্থায়ীভাবে রাখা হয়।
- অর্ডার তথ্য: কাস্টমারের নাম, ফোন, ঠিকানা, কেনা আইটেম — ইনভয়েসের জন্য দরকার।
- প্রোডাক্ট ছবি: ব্যবসার মালিক আপলোড করা ক্যাটালগ ছবি।
- মালিকের অ্যাকাউন্ট: লগইনের জন্য ইমেইল (Supabase Auth দিয়ে পরিচালিত)।
কোথায় রাখা হয়
ডেটাবেস (ব্যবসার তথ্য, অর্ডার, চ্যাট) থাকে Supabase-এর ম্যানেজড Postgres-এ। প্রোডাক্ট ছবি থাকে Cloudflare R2-এ। কোনোটাই তৃতীয় পক্ষের কাছে বিক্রি হয় না।
কতদিন রাখা হয়
- কাঁচা চ্যাট মেসেজ: ৩০–৪৫ দিন পর মুছে ফেলা হয়।
- অর্ডার ও হিসাব (দৈনিক/মাসিক পরিসংখ্যান): ব্যবসার রেকর্ডের জন্য স্থায়ীভাবে রাখা হয়।
- ক্যাটালগ ছবি: যতদিন প্রোডাক্ট লিস্টে আছে।
কে দেখতে পারে
শুধু আপনি (ব্যবসার মালিক, লগইন করে) আর উত্তর দিনের টিম — সাপোর্ট/ডিবাগিং-এর প্রয়োজনে, সর্বনিম্ন পরিমাণে। কাস্টমারের বার্তা উত্তর তৈরির জন্য AI প্রোভাইডারের (Google/Anthropic ইত্যাদি) কাছে পাঠানো হয় — শুধু উত্তর তৈরির জন্য, বিজ্ঞাপনের জন্য নয়।

পরিবর্তন
এই নীতি সময়ে সময়ে হালনাগাদ হতে পারে; বড় পরিবর্তন হলে ড্যাশবোর্ডে জানানো হবে।
Privacy Policy
Uttordin is an AI customer-care assistant for small businesses. This policy explains what data we collect, how we store it, and who can see it.
What we collect
- Business info: name, address, phone, catalog, prices, policies (refund/delivery) — entered by the business owner.
- Customer chats: what customers write on Messenger/WhatsApp and the bot's replies — kept temporarily.
- Order details: customer name, phone, address, items purchased — needed for invoices.
- Product images: catalog photos uploaded by the business owner.
- Owner account: login email (handled via Supabase Auth).
Where it's stored
The database (business info, orders, chats) lives in Supabase's managed Postgres. Product images live in Cloudflare R2. None of it is sold to third parties.
How long we keep it
- Raw chat messages: deleted after 30–45 days.
- Orders and aggregated stats (daily/monthly): kept indefinitely for the business's own records.
- Catalog images: kept while the product stays listed.
Who can see it
Only you (the business owner, via login) and the Uttordin team — for support/debugging, minimally. Customer messages are sent to the AI provider (Google/Anthropic, etc.) solely to generate a reply, never for advertising.
Your rights
To request deletion of all your business's data, contact support@uttordin.com.
Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time; significant changes will be announced in the dashboard.
